We have put it through the same testing that we put all our scanners through, and it has passed with flying colors. It is one of the best scanners that you can find, and on the top of that it is very affordable. If you are familiar with the ScanSnap line that Fujitsu produces, you know that they are all quite good scanners, and this mobile scanner is excellent for the purpose it has been created for.
It is very portable and that small size and weight come in handy when you are carrying it in your laptop case or backpack. If you want it to be with you all the time, then it's perfect thanks to its smaller size. For someone who needs to take quick scans of individual documents and items such as business cards and flyers, it's one of the best choices for a portable scanner.
For someone working in sales for example this is perfect. You can use it to create an office away from the office very easily and for example when you travel to meetings, you can set it up in your hotel room and have a good set up there. It works very well for thin paper and recipes and all the things that you need to scan when you are on business.
If you are scanning hard paper, or plastic or cardboard, you can remove the back wall of the scanner to have the paper feed straight trought it. This way it won't bend upwards as a stiff paper would only get stuck in the scanner.
